Guaranteed Rate promoted Jenny Sepulveda to executive vice president of sales coaching and development. With more than 20 years of real estate industry experience, Sepulveda is the first Latina to join the C-suite leadership team since the start of the company in 2000. She is currently working on earning an executive MBA from Loyola University.
Freddie Mac Multifamily announced two new underwriting vice presidents. Caitlin Myhre was promoted to vice president of risk distribution and credit, overseeing these business tasks as well as underwriting for structured offerings. Adam Monti was promoted to vice president of conventional underwriting, overseeing underwriting and credit nationwide on conventional loans. Myhre started with Freddie Mac in 2010 and has held a number of roles in multifamily underwriting. She left Freddie Mac in 2018 to work for a mortgage real estate investment trust, then returned in 2020 as senior director of underwriting and credit for structured products. Myhre holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from DePaul University. Monti first joined Freddie Mac in 2008 and rose through the ranks to be senior director of underwriting and credit for the Central region. Monti has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.
First Community Mortgage added Bret Head as executive vice president and national director of sales. Head last served as senior vice president and regional director of retail sales for Prime Lending.
QC Ally announced that Kristin Broadley has joined the company as chief innovation officer. Broadley has a mortgage background spanning more than 20 years, most recently as vice president of enterprise risk for Rocket Central. Broadley started her career in the wholesale market, originating and processing loans, and ultimately landed at Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage in 2002.
Agents National Title Insurance Co. announced the hiring of Paul C. Hammann as Pacific Northwest agency manager and Kara Elgin as Central States underwriting counsel. Hammann, who is based in Seattle, has more than seven years of title industry experience, most recently as account manager and agency state manager with First American Title. In his newest role, he is responsible for Agents National’s growth in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, where he will be expanding agency appointments and forging new joint ventures and alliances. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Seattle Pacific University. Elgin, who is working from Kansas City, Missouri, has more than 15 years of experience as an attorney, and was previously an underwriting counsel with Alliant National Title Insurance Co. In addition to her home state of Missouri, she will be covering Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Arkansas, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. She earned a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and completed undergraduate studies in political science at the University of Central Missouri.
