Moran
Sierra Pacific Mortgage has added Joseph Moran to its senior management team as chief compliance officer and general counsel. He brings 25 years of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry to Sierra Pacific. Prior to joining Sierra Pacific, he was the chief compliance officer and chief regulatory counsel at Celebrity Home Loans. In his new role, he will be responsible for compliance training, compliance management, risk assessments and the facilitation of all regulatory examinations. He received his bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Washington, and his juris doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law.
Seehausen
Cherry Creek Mortgage has appointed Rick Seehausen president and COO of Cherry Creek Holdings, where he will oversee all company operations, including IT, human resources, legal, accounting, marketing, and compliance divisions. Prior to joining Cherry Creek Mortgage in 2019 as executive vice president, Seehausen was the founder and CEO of LenderLive.
EPiQ Lending, a joint venture between CMG Financial and Realty ONE Group, has announced the addition of Raffie Kalajian as its new joint venture president. Kalajian has over 20 years of mortgage leadership experience and has worked at regional and national lenders throughout Southern California. Most recently, he served as area sales manager at Partners United Financial.
Guerrero
Union Home Mortgage (UHM) announced that Victor Guerrero has been named area manager of the Pacific Southwest. Guerrero will be responsible for the growth and management of new and existing UHM branches in California, Arizona and Nevada. He has more than 24 years of mortgage lending experience. Prior to joining UHM, he served as national business development manager at AnnieMac Home Mortgage.He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1994.
Churchill Mortgage has announced the promotion of Kathy Cook to vice president of closing. For the past decade, Cook has served in various roles within the Closing Department, most recently as assistant vice president. In her new role, Cook will concentrate on the Closing department’s long-term vision and growing her team even further. She joined Churchill in 1999 as an assistant before becoming the firm’s first processing manager.
Parrish
Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation (GHMC) has announced the addition of Craig Parrish as vice president of human resources. Parrish has more than 25 years’ experience across supply chain and technology industries, most recently as vice president of human resources for BNSF Logistics. Parrish will be responsible for leading GHMC’s overall human resources strategy, as well as talent acquisition, organizational design, compensation and benefits and employee relations. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of Webster University with a master’s degree in human resources management.
Vogt
ServiceLink has welcomed Ryan Vogt as vice president and national sales representative for both origination and default clients. Starting in the mortgage industry in 2007, he brings over 13 years of sales and default industry experience. Vogt holds a BA in Business from the University of Florida.
Eakin
Peoples Processing, Inc., announced that it has recently appointed Gary Eakin as senior vice president of mortgage solutions. In this new role, Eakin will be responsible for bringing in and managing new strategic partnerships with marquee clients, while also playing a part in strategic execution. Before joining Peoples Processing, he served as vice president of strategic accounts at Sourcepoint. Previous to Sourcepoint, he worked at Sutherland Global Services for nearly a decade.
Brudner

Reggora has added two new members to its extended leadership team. Paul Deeley recently joined as chief financial officer, overseeing all financial, legal, operational, and human resource functions for the team. Emma Brudner has been added as head of people strategy to scale people operations and culture. An experienced financial executive, Deeley brings 25 years of experience to Reggora, coming to the company from Validity, where he served as CFO. Previously, Deeley also served in leadership roles at Bullhorn, Constant Contact, Nokia and Hill Holiday. Brudner, meanwhile, brings to Reggora experience from several startups, including HubSpot, Lola.com and Klaviyo.
Shumate
SLK Global Solutions has added Alan Shumate as vice president of business development. In his new role, he will oversee the growth of the company’s title support services business and platform-based solutions. Shumate, who will also be responsible for strategically growing SLK’s customer base of title insurance agents, has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He most recently served as vice president of fiduciary banking at Capital Bank. He has also held roles at Bank of America, Require and RynohLive.
