Hilzendeger
Home Point Financial has hired Perry Hilzendeger as president of servicing. Hilzendeger, a 30-year veteran in the consumer finance and mortgage industry, spent 30 years with Wells Fargo, most recently with Wells Fargo Home Lending, in a variety of leadership positions including head of retail operations, head of servicing operations, senior vice president of default services and senior vice president of real estate servicing.
Casper
LendingHome has announced Stephanie Casper as the company’s new vice president of sales. In this role, Casper leads a team devoted to new business development. Prior to joining LendingHome, Casper spent nearly five years at CoreVest Finance, where she held multiple roles, including head of bridge lending and vice president of originations. Prior to that, she also held positions at Green Street Advisors, Marriott International and GE.
Pollock
Anchor Loans’ board of directors has elected Andy Pollock, currently chief operations officer, to succeed Stephen Pollack as the company’s CEO after Pollack retires in the fourth quarter. Pollock joined Anchor in March, bringing over three decades of mortgage executive experience to the company. Before joining Anchor, his most recent role was as senior relationship manager with the Radian Group. He has also held leadership positions at First Franklin, Global Logic Advisors, Rushmore Loan Management and First California Mortgage Company.
Burns
Mr. Cooper has announced the appointment of Eldridge Burns as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Burns will lead the company’s legal department and serve on the executive leadership team. He has more than 25 years in the legal field, most recently as general counsel at Topgolf. Previously, Burns also served as chief legal officer and general counsel for Santander Consumer USA Inc., and as vice president and senior corporate counsel at Blockbuster. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas.
Barbieri
Common Securitization Solutions has announced that Al Barbieri has been named president and chief operating officer. Barbieri had been serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer since joining the company in January 2017. He holds over 25 years of experience in housing finance and capital markets operations, including 20 years with Fannie Mae as senior vice president. Earlier in his career, Barbieri held senior mortgage securities positions at First Boston, Morgan Stanley and Nomura Securities.
Montgomery
AmeriNat has announced the hiring of Jody Montgomery as chief technology officer, based in AmeriNat’s Las Vegas office. He was most recently the vice president of information technology at Bank Iowa, and previously worked for Athene and Life Care Services. He holds an information technology degree from Des Moines Area Community College.
Moore
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced the promotion of Andréa Moore to vice president of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Opportunity. Moore will be responsible for the NAR’s internal diversity and inclusion strategy; recruitment strategy and processes and creating opportunities for internal staff; and Washington, D.C., office’s talent development operations. Moore started her NAR career in April 2017 as director of talent development and resources, and has 12 years of human resources experience, most recently at the National Council for Behavioral Health.
Incenter has appointed Tom Piercy as president of enterprise business development. Piercy, who also remains managing director of Incenter Mortgage Advisors, will head the company’s new national enterprise sales team.
