Customer experience fintech Total Expert has announced that Josh Lehr joined the company as its new director of strategy, consumer direct. He will focus on expanding Total Expert’s suite of mortgage technology solutions for lenders and loan officers — specifically lead management and sales productivity tools that can be leveraged from the initial point of consumer contact through the entire origination process. He brings to the role more than 18 years of financial services experience and 8 years of mortgage industry knowledge. Most recently, he served as industry development manager at Zillow Group’s Mortech.
Khokhar
Greater Los Angeles-based lender Civic Financial Services has added Prateek Khokhar as the company’s chief financial officer. In his new role, Khokhar will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finances and guiding its growth. Khokhar has nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, most recently as CFO at American Pacific Mortgage and at Skyline Financial Corp. He also held executive financial and capital markets positions with PMAC Lending, Prospect Mortgage and Home Savings Mortgage. Khokhar earned his BA in Economics from UCLA and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
Bartlett
US REO Partners has announced that Sharon Bartlett has become executive director of operations. Bartlett brings more than 35 years of combined experience in the servicing, secondary market, consulting, real estate sales and loss mitigation industries to the position. In her new role, she will be responsible for the continued development of relationships between clients and the members of USREOP.
Jordan
Cloud software provider LBA Ware has tapped Brian Jordan as its new director of product management. Jordan was hired to enhance and expand LimeGear, LBA Ware’s recently launched turnkey business intelligence platform. Jordan brings 13 years of product experience at data aggregation and analytics firms serving the banking and financial services sectors. Immediately before joining LBA Ware, Jordan was a lead product manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Previously, he held positions at Global Data Company (now Trulioo) and Zoot.
Costas
Nick Costas has joined Incenter as senior vice president of national sales. Costas brings more than 25 years of senior-level business development and marketing experience in the mortgage industry. Before joining Incenter, he held leadership positions at various companies, including Radian, GMAC and Greenpoint Mortgage Funding.
Nationwide Mortgage Bankers has hired Brad Robinson as its new chief financial officer. Robinson, who started on July 1, will oversee the finances of NMB and Americasa, leveraging his more than 24 years of experience, including 18 in the mortgage industry. He joined the company from Century Mortgage Company, where he also served as CFO, and has previous experience at HomeServices and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from the University of Kentucky.
Payne
The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) has announced that Jim Payne, director of examinations and assistant deputy commissioner for the Consumer and Mortgage Lending Division of the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner, will serve as the new ombudsman of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), starting July 1. The ombudsman provides state regulators and industry a neutral environment for discussing NMLS issues and policies governing the system; in his new role, Payne will lead constructive dialogue between these NMLS users with the goal of achieving a more modern and efficient financial services regulatory landscape. Prior to his role as NMLS ombudsman, Payne served as co-chair of the NMLS Modernization Steering Committee and also served as the CSBS District IV representative on the NMLS Policy Committee.
The Community Home Lenders Association (CHLA) has announced that Craig Thomas would be joining CHLA as communications director. Thomas comes to CHLA after recently leaving Freddie Mac, where he worked for 30 years in a number of external relations and public policy roles, most recently as part of its Congressional relations team and as supervisor of Freddie’s state relations function.
Stevens
Ross Mortgage Corporation has announced that the firm is expanding into Kentucky, with Matthew Stevens as branch manager heading the company’s new Glasgow office. Stevens is the only Military Mortgage Boot Camp certified originator in Kentucky and serves as a specialist in military mortgage lending. He is joined by fellow loan officers Juanita Hill and Craig Davis, as well as sales manager Anne Bunch.
