Steve Rudow is an FHA multifamily loan originator for AGM Financial Services Inc. Rudow joined the AGM team in 2001 as an FHA MAP underwriter. He is an instructor for the Mortgage Bankers Association’s HUD multifamily underwriting training program, teaching a course entitled, “Valuation Analysis & Investment Math.” He also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development, co-teaching the market-analysis and valuation courses.
