Barbara Morrison
Barbara Morrison, a Bay Area business and civic leader, is the founder and president of TMC Financing, a certified development company that provides SBA 504 commercial real estate financing. Since 1981, TMC has provided SBA funding for real estate projects totaling more than $10 billion in California, Nevada and Arizona, benefiting nearly 6,000 businesses and creating an estimated 60,000 jobs throughout the region. TMC Financing was the No. 1 SBA 504 lender in the nation by dollar volume in fiscal year 2021.
